Safety Training

Integrated is committed to assure all regulations are implemented.

Integrated has an extensive safety program which includes, detailed driver selection criteria, comprehensive qualifcations for new drivers, and close monitoring of owner operator equipment.

Our company primarily operates with Independent Contractors and has a structured safety program for contractors and company drivers with strict attendance requirements. The company has a full range of safety programs such as video presentations, incentive awards, safety bonuses, safety cookouts, and driver monitoring. The company newsletter is dedicated to safety issues and promotes an open door policy that ensures drivers have access to safety personnel and management.

Integrated's concept is that safety has precedence over expediency or short cuts. Everyone is expected to demonstrate an attitude that reflects this policy. Open communication, comments and criticisms on safety issues are encouraged, and where appropriate, implemented into company safety policies. The company acknowledges that safety provides a means for profitability, customer satisfaction and employee gratification.

Hazardous Material Training

All personnel who handle hazardous material shipments are trained in compliance with the Federal Code of Regulations title 49 CFR. We have implemented in our orientation for new employees a training program on hazardous materials. This program includes training in General Awareness, Function Specific, Safety Training, Driver Training and the Security Plan. Drivers are re-certified in hazardous material training every three years.
