Standard Qualifications
You must:
- Have a Class A CDL with HAZMAT
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have 2 years recent verifiable over-the road experience
- Meet DOT requirements
- Have a safe driving record
- Have no more than three moving violations within the past three years
- Have no more than one "at-fault" accident or two minor preventable accidents in the previous 36 months
- Have no DUI/DWI, reckless or careless convictions or incidents within the last five years with no more than one in a lifetime
- Have no felonies within the last five years
- Be able to fulfill the demands of the job
Operator Provides
- Tractor - must pass company inspection
- Expenses - all maintenance and operating cost of equipment furnished by Owner Operator
- Insurance - bobtail non-trucking liability, occupational accident insurance, physical damage (optional)
- Copy of Texas Title (front and back) or Texas Title Receipt
- Current Texas vehicle inspection
- Copy of Bill of Sale
- A current 2290 Tax Form - Heavy Vehicle Use / Equipment
Tractor Must
- No year requirement on equipment. All equipment must pass inspection by Integrated shop personnel
- Cabover or Conventional

Pay Scales
We offer Owner Operators:
- 85 cents per mile loaded or empty
- .88 cents team operation loaded or empty
