Health Insurance
After three (3) months INTEGRATED offers group medical plans to regular full-time employees. The Company will pay a percentage of the employee’s premium.
Prescription Drug Coverage
All plans provide prescription drug coverage, where most drugs are covered at 100% after a co-payment. Most plans also offer a mail order benefit, which provides a 90-day supply for one co-payment.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance helps provide financial security for your family or others that rely on you. INTEGRATED, currently has life insurance available for full time employees. Eligibility for life insurance is the first of the month after 90 days from the employees initial hire date.
Vacation
Vacation Time is given to all full-time employees. Vacation is calculated on the anniversary date for individual hire dates.
Holidays
INTEGRATED provides five (5) paid holidays. They are:
New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Sick Leave
Sick leave is provided to assure continuation of salary for employees during period of personal illness or disability. Sick leave is provided to assure the employee’s well being and to provide income protection. Sick leave is provided to full time employees.
